What is the minimum order?
Most products start at 20, 50 or 100 pieces, depending on the product. The minimum is shown on every product page.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 7–10 working days after you approve your artwork mock-up. Tell us your deadline when you order and we’ll confirm it.
Will I see my logo on the product before you make it?
Yes. We send a mock-up of your logo on the product and start production only after you approve it.
How do I send my logo?
Email it to info@swags.pk or send it on WhatsApp. PNG, PDF or AI files work best.
How can I pay?
By cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Do you deliver outside Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Pakistan.
Which branding method should I choose?
It depends on the product: embroidery for polos and caps, screen printing for T-shirts and bags, sublimation for white mugs, laser engraving for steel and wood, UV printing for acrylic and gadgets. See branding methods, or ask and we’ll recommend one.
Can I order something that isn’t in the shop?
Yes. Use the quote form to tell us the item and quantity.
Can I visit an office?
Yes. Our offices are in Blue Area, Islamabad; Zamzama, DHA Karachi; and Gulberg III, Lahore. Addresses are on the contact page.
